The edexcel BTEC Skills for Working Life is a good course that helps to meet the needs of many students in Key Stage 4 & 5. There is not an exam and students are assessed on a folder of work that shows evidence of their understanding. The course may be taken at two levels although all the work on this website is aimed at level 2. To obtain a the qualification,, a student has to complete six (6) units of study. These must be selected as follows: The Health and Safety Unit plus two (2) other Core Units. The remaining three units must be either three Specialist Units or Two Specialist Units and one Option Unit.

Health and Safety is compulsory. To make up the three (3) core units choose any other two (2)  units from this section

Choose two (2) or three (3) units. If you only do two (2) units, you must choose one unit from the Option Units to make up the three units.
